Anxiety is the most common world wide term used by people usually to describe the feeling of restless, keyed up sensation and frustration of unknown. APA (n.d.) describe anxiety as an “emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure”.
A fear of unknown, apprehension about the future and mostly the negative view that what if something goes wrong make you anxious. With this came the stress as your body activate the automatic nervous system and produce stress relieving harmon.
But the thing is once a person get anxious they mostly remain in that anxious state for hours and days without doing something about it. On the other hand, the body ANS keep producing stress releasing hormone. So what do you expect would happen if you turn a machine switch ON but you Forgot to turn it OFF. The machine will get exhausted and in the end will be unable to work. Just like this your body gave up and you get prone many psycho-physiological problem.

Common symptoms experienced during state of anxiety are as;
- Restlessness
- headache
- lack of concentration
- Upset stomach
- loss of appetite
- lack of sleep/insomnia
- muscle tension
- feeling of losing control
- fatigue
- irritable mood
If you have this symptoms for more than six months and affect your normal/ daily life functioning then you need to consult a doctor as these sign may indicate any psychological problem which may intern will deteriorate your health

Wallace (2016) state in Times magazine that do not tell your children that it’s going to be OK when they share with you that they are feeling nervous or anxious. Anxiety is the state in which most people are unable to think properly and their judgement become almost negligible .
The person is very sensitive at that state of time so in this case children are unable to describe their worries and if the parents doesn’t even listen to the problem faced by the child and without knowing the intensity of the issue just assure the child of good with just an okay, might lead the child from permanent state of anxiety to depression. It was also studied that female suffer more than male from state of anxiety.
So, the thing is to manage your anxiety which is producing uncontrollably stress in yourself. As many of the people get more anxious when their strategies or counter action to maintain anxiety failed
